Chicken Cutlet and Egg Sandwich
This deliciously satisfying breakfast will start your day right! It is a great way to use leftover chicken cutlets from dinner.
Ingredients
1 chicken cutlet
1 egg, cooked over easy
salt and pepper
mozzarella cheese
two slices of bread, lightly toasted
Instructions
Keep in mind this is a sandwich. So add whatever you like! Here's what I did:
toasted thin whole wheat rounds
reheated a chicken cutlet
cooked an egg, over-medium, seasoned with salt & pepper.
piled the two in between the whole wheat thins with some grated mozzarella cheese.
