Roasted Balsamic Broccoli
Roasting broccoli in the oven is my favorite way to eat it. I always start dressing it with olive oil, salt and pepper. Some days, I’ll squeeze fresh lemon juice over the broccoli, others I’ll sprinkle with parmesan cheese. This time I decided to use balsamic vinegar. The balsamic caramelized, created a sweet flavor in every crunchy bite! Simple goes a long way.
Ingredients:
1 head of broccoli, cleaned and cut
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt
Black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then lay the broccoli out into a single layer.
Drizzle with olive oil, then the balsamic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes.
