Vegan Pizza
When it comes to pizza, I’m usually not into the alternatives. I just want the real deal, the good stuff. However, cauliflower crust truly has been an enjoyable option. I love the frozen cauliflower pizza crust from Trader Joe’s. It’s super simple and straightforward to prepare, not to mention the nutrition facts on its label are very guilt free! I enjoy using cauliflower crust for a quick and easy weeknight meal when I need something light, yet comforting. You could load on any toppings you’d like or keep it simple. I like to add on veggies or other leftover items I have in the kitchen. Using cheese definitely creates a comforting final touch I don’t like to skip!
