Looking for a simple way to use tomatoes? Roasting them is easy and brings out delicious sweetness. So, that’s why air frying them can only be even better! It’s fast and easy with minimal ingredients. Use air fried tomatoes as a side dish, garnish, or my favorite, on a chicken cutlet sandwich! Try them on burgers, wraps, salads, mixed into pasta or even over baked salmon. They really do compliment almost anything.
