Instant Pot Nutella Bomba Bites
If you’re looking for a gluten-free dessert then look no further! This two-ingredient Nutella dessert will hit the spot. You can enjoy them warm or they were just as delicious, maybe even better after being chilled in the fridge. Not too sure what you’d call these, some would say souffle, others would suggest brownie, maybe even a truffle. Regardless, it is a ball of damn Nutella! To finish these lovely bites, top with powdered sugar or serve by the side of some vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
I purchased my egg molds on Amazon. Click this link below to get yours! Don’t have an Instant Pot? Looks like it’s time to purchase one, click this link below to get yours! This is the same one I have and use at home.
Ingredients:
¾ cup Nutella
4 eggs
Powdered sugar, for sprinkling
Instructions:
In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat eggs with an electric mixer on high for 7 minutes or so, until the eggs become stiff with peaks.
Place Nutella in a small bowl and melt in the microwave for 10 seconds. Slowly add into the beaten eggs and mix for about a minute until well combined. It should now begin to look like a brownie batter.
Using an Instant Pot egg mold, pour batter into each mold. Not all the way to the top, about ¾ full. Place silicone cover or foil on the egg mold. If you have leftover batter, fill a second mold to cook at the same time by stacking them, or wait to make a second batch. Use mason jar lids to stack the trays on top of each other if you don’t have the silicone cover.
Pour 1 cup of water into the bottom of the Instant Pot. Place cover mold container on the trivet and carefully lower into the Instant Pot.
Pressure cook on high for 25 minutes, then natural release for 10 minutes.
Quick release, then carefully remove from the Instant Pot. Let brownie bites cool then flip over onto a plate to pop out.
Arrange on a plate, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
