No Peel Hard Boiled Eggs

I make these every Sunday to have on hand for the week. They are my go-to snack or breakfast on the go. I love they are just like hard boiled eggs without the annoying mess of peeling the shells.

I purchased my egg molds on Amazon. Click this link below to get yours! Don’t have an Instant Pot? Looks like now is time to get it! The link below will take you right to Amazon to purchase the one I have and use at home.

Ingredients:

  • 7 eggs

  • Cooking spray, oil or butter for greasing molds

Instructions:

  1. Grease the Instant Pot egg molds then crack one egg into each slot. Cover with foil or the silicone lid, then place on the trivet.

  2. Pour one cup of water into the Instant Pot.

  3. Carefully lower the trivet into the Instant pot. Lock lid into place, turn valve to sealing position.

  4. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes, quick release, remove lid, then let sit for 5 minutes.

  5. Carefully remove from the Instant Pot. Once cooled, slide each egg out of its mold.

  6. Transfer to a plate and serve right away or to a container to refrigerate until ready to use.
