Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Chestnuts & Cranberries
Brussels sprouts just keep getting more popular. There are so many great flavor pairings with them and the options just keep on coming. Roasted brussels sprouts are my favorite way to eat them. I love when they get a little crispy and burst with flavor. Roasting the brussels sprouts with cranberries and chestnuts make this recipe feel like Christmas. This is a lovely, festive dish for the holidays! Adding the fresh herb of sage really plays a big role with the marriage of all these winter flavors.
