Cannoli Dip

Going to a party? Want everyone to love you? Bring this cannoli dip, works every time.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk ricotta cheese

  • 8 oz. mascarpone cheese, softened at room temp.

  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar

  • lemon zest of one lemon

  • few sprinkles of ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup whipped cream

  • Cookies or broken waffle cone pieces for dipping


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the ricotta cheese and mascarpone.

  2. Then sift in powdered sugar, add the vanilla extract and cinnamon.

  3. Fold in the whipped cream

  4. Stir in the lemon zest and mini chocolate chips.

  5. Keep refrigerated until you need it.
