Sriracha Sirloin Tips

These come out so delicious! Marinate the steak in your favorite marinade or dressing, then pop into the air fryer for a quick, healthy protein. You can play around with different cuts of meat, but for these I like to buy sirloin steak tips. It's easy and lean. Depending on how you like your steak cooked will vary the cook time, but I say 5-10 minutes max for these little guys. Play around though, check on them, if you want them cooked more just keep them in a minute or two longer. You'll get the hang of it, have to practice! If you like sriracha you’ll love these. Depending on how much spice you can take, you can add more or less of the amounts of sriracha I listed below. Pairing these with yum-yum sauce was the perfect combination! Yum yum sauce is a common dipping sauce found in Japanese steakhouses. You can find bottled yum yum sauce at the grocery store or it is easy to make your own in just a few minutes.

I love my air fryer! If you are in the market for one, click this link below to shop my model while being directed to Amazon.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. sirloin steak tips

  • 1-2 tbsp sriracha seasoning

  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce

  • Olive oil (or spray)

  • Yum-Yum sauce for dipping (store bought condiment)

Instructions:

  1. Place steak tips in a large Ziplock baggie or glass dish for marinating. Sprinkle with sriracha seasoning and add sriracha sauce. Toss to combine, seal and set aside. Keep them marinating in the fridge for the day until you are ready for dinner, or if you are in a rush, just simply season and let them sit for a little while you get things around the kitchen organized and prepared for dinner.

  2. Preheat the air fryer at 400 for 3-5 minutes. Then spray with olive oil.

  3. Add steak bites in an even layer. Cook anywhere from 5-10 minutes or until desired internal temperature.

  4. Serve hot with yum-yum sauce or other favorite dipping sauce.
